This Privacy Policy explains how CYG Group Inc. ("CYG Group", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit ivrhost.com, contact us, use the phone systems and messaging programs we operate, or work with us as a client.

1. Information we collect

• Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, organization, and the content of your messages when you contact us or sign up for a service.
• Communications information: when you call or text a system we operate, we receive your phone number and the date, time and duration of the call or message, plus any keypad selections, voicemail or text you send.
• Consent records: when you opt in or out of calls or text messages, we record when, how and to which program.
• Payment information: payments and donations made by phone are processed by third-party payment processors. Card details are sent to and stored by the processor, and we keep only limited information such as the last four digits and the transaction status.
• Website information: our web servers keep standard logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and troubleshooting. This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

2. How we use information

• to provide, operate and support our phone, IVR and messaging services;
• to send the alerts, reminders, confirmations and other messages you asked to receive;
• to respond to your questions and requests;
• to honor opt-out requests and keep records of consent;
• to protect our systems, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Text messaging (SMS)

We send text messages only to people who have given their consent. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.

4. How we share information

We share personal information only:

• with service providers that help us operate, such as telecommunications carriers and messaging providers, payment processors and hosting providers, who may use it only to provide their services to us;
• with the organization (our client) on whose behalf a phone line or messaging program is operated, for the purposes of that program;
• when required by law, legal process or a government request, or to protect the rights, safety and security of others; and
• in connection with a merger or sale of our business, subject to this policy.

5. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information. These include encrypted connections, access controls limited to authorized personnel, monitoring and regular backups. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to respond quickly to any issue.

6. Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, including providing services, keeping consent and opt-out records, and meeting legal, accounting and reporting obligations. Afterward it is deleted or anonymized.

7. Your choices

• Opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and out of voice notifications by using the opt-out option on the call or by contacting us.
• Ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by contacting us. We may need to keep certain records, such as an opt-out request, so that we can continue to honor it.

8. Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
